About the Job

Position Summary:

Actively work with the Regional Manager and Program Manager to manage and grow sales in various service areas, such as ITE, Industrial products, consumer goods, and laboratory equipment. Develop structured sales strategies for your applicable region and customers, Conduct interactions for potential sales opportunities, identification of valid leads, follow-up and coordination with sales management.

Responsibilities:

- Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.

- Work with Program Managers and Regional Business Line Mangers to manage a specific book of business to help attainment of goals and quotas.

- Experience with EMC and Electrical Safety Compliance services

- Experience with UL, CSA, IEC Regulations and standards

- Present products to prospective clients;

- Cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients

- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships;

- Conduct sales calls to develop opportunities, identification of valid leads, follow-up and coordination with sales management.

- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customers’ dedication;

- Manage the sales cycle from developing a client to securing a deal;

- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in CRM.

The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $65,000-$90,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.

Qualification

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- Proven experience in a sales role

- Experience in product testing services preferred

- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

- Organizational and time management skills

- Enthusiastic and passionate

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Communicate in an articulate, professional, courteous and effective manner with internal and external customers

- Demonstrated ability in managing phone, email, and web site inquiries;

- Self-starter with a positive outlook and motivated attitude;

- Customer service-oriented;

- Familiarity with CRM systems;

- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment;

- Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines;

- Thrive in a fast-pace environment and work well under pressure;
