Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Auswertung unserer Sales-Funnels an sämtlichen Standorten
Identifikation von Engpässen sowie Entwicklung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Optimierung
Tägliches Monitoring relevanter KPIs (z. B. Show Rate, Conversion Rate, Kapazitätsauslastung)
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Forecasts und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Sales-Performance
Aufbau und laufende Pflege einer zentralen Wissensdatenbank zur strukturierten Dokumentation von Sales-Erkenntnissen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleads, Sales VPs und dem CSO zur stetigen Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsprozesse
Eigenständige Umsetzung von Projekten zur Automatisierung von Sales-Prozessen
