Responsibilities:

• Drive our IT strategy and shape the digital transformation at Vibracoustic! As a Solution Architect (f/m/d), you lead the design and delivery of global IT solutions for Corporate Functions (e.g. HR, Treasury and Customs) and Financials, aligning business needs with digital innovation.u design and implement enterprise-level IT solutions for Finance, Controlling, and Corporate Functions (HR, Treasury, Customs, Legal and Compliance, Internal Audit, and Communication)

• You define strategic IT architecture aligned with company goals

• To recommend best-fit technologies,  you analyze the different business demands

• You ensure secure, cost-efficient, and scalable IT services

• You partner with executive stakeholders and Freudenberg ITC

• As part of your technical leadership responsibility, you guide and develop your team of experts

• You drive digital business transformation across platforms and processes

Qualifications:

• You hold a degree within IT or a comparable, related field

• You own strong professional experience in Finance, Controlling and HR systems (ideally SAP FI/CO)

• You possess industry experience, ideally automotive; previous consulting experience is a plus

• You are highly experienced with IT architecture, ITIL and PMI, and tools like LeanIX or ServiceNow

• Personally, you are open minded, and characterized by team orientation and intercultural competence

• As a strong communicator, business fluent English skills round off your profile (additional languages are a plus)
