What you will work on
As an IT Working Student (f/d/m), your goal is to support IT Services with day-to-day software and hardware requests. Furthermore, you will have the chance to actively participate in projects to enhance the infrastructure or bring new features to Fernrides Tech Stack.
How you will leave your footprint
Assisting end-users with troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware, and network issues on-site in Münich
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
Supporting the setup and configuration of new laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral devices, including the Mobile Device Management (JumpCloud) roll-out
Assisting in managing user accounts, access permissions, and security settings
Providing basic training to end-users on software applications and IT best practices
Collaborating with the IT support team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Documenting support activities, solutions, and recommendations.
What you will bring to the team
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to communicate on all levels.
Knowledge of at least one in Fernride used Operating System (Windows/Linux/Mac), and as a nice-to-have, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, or MDM.
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral setup.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Availability to work on-site for 20 hours per week during business hours.
