As Head of People Operations & Learning, you’ll lead our global People Operations strategy, making sure our HR processes are efficient, scalable, and people-friendly. You’ll oversee key areas like HR Operations, Compliance, and Learning & Development to create a seamless employee experience. With us you get

Your new role

• Oversee HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and policy administration

• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR operations

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and data security standards

• Manage HRIS data and provide key people insights to leadership

• Develop and implement digital learning and leadership development programs

• Partner with People Business Partners to align learning initiatives with business needs

What you bring

• 7-10 years of experience in People Operations, with a track record of leading HR teams

• Deep knowledge of German labor law (Dutch & Italian labor law is a plus)

• Background in Learning & Development, including leadership development programs

• Experience in process automation, compliance tracking and managing HR operations in an international setting

• Hands-on experience with payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance

• Data-driven mindset, using analytics to inform decisions

• Fluent in English and German (Dutch or Italian is a plus)
