Junior Compliance Specialist (80-100%)

• You contribute to our compliance framework to ensure compliance with areas including data protection, risk management, due diligence, anti-bribery and corruption, trade compliance, and employee conduct.
• You provide advice and training on key compliance matters at Climeworks.
• You review upcoming regulatory changes and suggest action plans to ensure compliance.
• You support our compliance team on all compliance and risk-management related tasks.

• You hold a university degree in law, business administration, or equivalent.
• You gathered first experience in compliance.
• You demonstrate proficiency in conducting legal research to stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• You excel in managing compliance-related documentation, including policies and reports.
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You can independently prioritize workloads.
• You excel in stakeholder management and exhibit adaptability and flexibility.
• You are solution-oriented and pay close attention to detail.
• Your excellent written and spoken English skills set you apart.
