You’ll need to be the voice of reason and source of calm in the team, gracefully preparing and maintaining financial models for several renewable energy projects simultaneously. You are unfazed by the pressures of this fast-paced environment, analysing potential financing and investment structures with accuracy and speed.
Your 4+ years of experience in the industry have taught you that negotiating investment agreements is always more successful with a softer touch. Your patience and meticulous attention to detail make drafting MOUs, joint development agreements, and investment term sheets a breeze.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct financial due diligence and analysis for potential projects
- Assist the investment team throughout deal activities and process life cycles
- Evaluate projects based on the fundâs investment policy and mandate
- Prepare and maintain project finance-based financial models, including return analysis and investment value drivers
- Analyse potential financing and investment structures
- Prepare reports, information memoranda, and prospectuses
- Present investment opportunities to potential and current investors
- Develop and negotiate investment agreements and equity documents
- Draft MOUs, joint development agreements, and investment term sheets
- Perform due diligence on potential investments
- Prepare investment proposals for the investment committee
- Coordinate with fund managers, company managers, and external advisors
- Conduct market research to support investment strategies
- Participate in financial briefings provided by investment managers
- Manage compliance, governance, and internal approvals in accordance with regulations
