Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team of high calibre professionals.
You will be responsible for, amongst other things, analysing engineering tenders, interpreting documents and drawings, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring the accuracy of all project materials.
In addition to this, you would be involved in the introduction of new techniques in estimating, and the adjudication and negotiation of materials, equipment, and subcontract quotations. Perhaps most crucial to this role, however, is ensuring that an
accurate bid analysis is conducted, and all respective
quotations are received.

- Interpret tender documents, specifications, and drawings accurately
- Check the accuracy of materials take-offs and bills of quantities
- Prepare subcontract and materials service provider packages
- Adjudicate and negotiate quotations
- Ensure all estimates are in accordance with company instructions and procedures
- Implement new estimating techniques
- Conduct site visits as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to prepare estimates and proposals efficiently
- Adhere to company procedures for estimating and procurement
- Complete detailed spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate bid analyses
- Follow any other guidance provided by the Estimating Manager or their designate diligently
