Then follow our LinkedIn page and subscribe to our mailer.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Identifying and developing project development and M&A opportunities, with a focus on sectors such as Commercial & Industrial and Energy Trading
- Leading our clientâs participation in the REIPP program, overseeing the review of tender requirements, structuring, and submission of bid responses
- Leading the development of projects to financial close, including securing permits and coordinating closely with finance, legal, HR, and technical teams
- Negotiating key documentation, including Offtake Agreements, JDA Term Sheets, JDAs, Shareholder Agreements, and Share Purchase Agreements, in collaboration with legal and finance teams
- Managing and mitigating risks throughout the development, construction, and operational phases of projects
- Conducting due diligence for M&A and Project Finance transactions, negotiating key project documents such as PPAs, SPAs, and Finance Agreements, and supporting valuation and offer preparation for project acquisitions and financial close
