Investment Analyst – Green Hydrogen & Solar PV – Namibia

We’re looking for an Investment Analyst who falls in with the crème of the crop. You’ll need extensive project finance experience, must be an expert builder of financial models, and MUST be passionate about sustainable investment.

Our clients, high-stakes players in the impact investing sector and blended finance fund management, is on the search for Investment Analysts to join their projects in Namibia. A keen interest in impactful environmental and social development, alongside financial returns, is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist transactors throughout all stages of deal activities and process life cycles
• Establish and maintain the documentation management system, including all relevant due diligence and project content
• Manage compliance, governance, and internal approval processes
• Serve as the knowledge manager for the transaction database
• Develop project finance models and conduct appropriate analysis as needed
• Conduct financial analysis of potential financing structures
• Prepare investment proposals for the Investment Committee
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams
• Gather input for reports for the Board and Investors
• Research the power/energy market across the region
