Be a team player.  </li><li>Have great attention to detail, dependability, pride in work, initiative.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare harness build package for team members – assemble parts kit from inventory, print labels, prepare wire bundles...</li><li>Finished assembly of harnesses – wrapping, labeling, booting…</li></ul>ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, tasks relating to the following area will be assigned as required.<ul><li>Education / training.</li><li>Provide feedback on product needs and processes.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). </li><li>Assist engineers in troubleshooting electrical systems.</li><li>Operate light Industrial Automation Equipment.</li><li>Use inventory management system.  </li></ul>EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>High school diploma.</li></ul>DESIRED SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:<ul><li>Experience with and ability to use typical electronics tools: hand tools, crimpers, soldering iron, etc.</li><li>Printed circuit board assembly and repair experience.</li><li>Must be able to identify color-coded wires and ID labels.</li><li>Ability to work on vehicles and equipment, including on top of, underneath, and confined spaces.</li><li>High Voltage system safety experience.</li><li>Knowledge of military, motorsports or aerospace industry wiring loom build techniques and components.</li><li>Knowledge of basic electrical concepts and theory (voltage, resistance, amperage).  </li></ul>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:<ul><li>Position requires occasional or frequent moderate physical activity.</li></ul>EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:<ul><li>Daytime schedule Monday – Friday with infrequent night/weekend work to achieve deadlines.</li><li>Minimal travel as required for on-site customer work.</li></ul>Oshkosh is committed to working with and offering reasonable accommodations to job applicants with disabilities.
