AECOM is seeking a Control Room Data Analyst - Auditor to support a 24/7/365 traffic operations program in Omaha, Nebraska.   This position will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from a variety of sources to measure programming and individual performance, as well as providing useful insights and reporting to drive continuous program improvements.      Scope of Work:This position will report to the Program Manager with direct interaction with staff. The role of this position will be to accomplish, on a routine basis, the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Performance measurement, research, data collection and analysis, reporting.</li><li>Preparation of weekly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc performance measure reports.</li><li>Tracking and reporting of program and individual performance.</li><li>Programming and/or coordination of enhancements to all in-house developed databases and reports.</li><li>Develop and oversee data collection methods.</li><li>Preparation of the monthly program progress report.</li><li>Presentation of performance and mobility statistics to stakeholders.</li><li>Research best performance measurement practices at other TMCs across the world and incorporate findings.</li><li>Maintain and administer the operator certification program.</li><li>Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Program Manager.</li><li>Readily assume duties of Control Room Operator when needed to fill staffing shortages.</li></ul>Work Conditions:<ul><li>Office environment.</li><li>Often working independently.</li><li>Deadline oriented.</li><li>Employee-to-employee interaction and fact finding.</li><li>May occasionally be asked to work evenings/weekends for special data collection projects.</li></ul>
