In this role, individuals will work directly with our Operations team, to design, troubleshoot, and repair our production equipment. The successful applicant will be comfortable with hands-on work as well as detailed mechanical design. Relocation assistance is available. <h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Develop and execute reliability strategies that improve equipment uptime, reduce failures, and optimize asset performance across manufacturing operations.</li><li>Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring mechanical equipment failures.</li><li>Design and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using equipment history, failure data, and reliability best practices.</li><li>Partner with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and drive sustainable improvements.</li><li>Support equipment modifications, installations, and improvement projects to enhance safety, maintainability, and long-term reliability.</li><li>Analyze equipment performance metrics and develop solutions that improve productivity, reduce downtime, and extend asset life.</li></ul><h3>What you'll bring:</h3><ul style=""><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related technical field with experience supporting industrial equipment.</li><li>Experience applying reliability engineering principles, including root cause analysis, preventive maintenance optimization, and failure elimination.</li><li>Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with experience supporting manufacturing equipment such as rotating equipment, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, or similar systems.</li><li>Ability to analyze equipment performance data, identify reliability opportunities, and implement solutions that improve uptime and reduce downtime.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across maintenance, operations, engineering, and leadership teams.</li><li>Self-driven problem solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. </li></ul><h3>Where you'll work: </h3>This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA.
