This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuously improving a first-of-its-kind industrial process.Previous plant operations experience is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who demonstrate strong learning ability, mechanical aptitude, sound judgment, curiosity, and a commitment to safe work practices. Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, maintenance, construction, commissioning, utilities, or other hands-on industrial environments is highly valued.Plant Operators will receive the training necessary to operate the facility safely, reliably, and efficiently. Responsibilities include monitoring computer-controlled equipment, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), responding appropriately to changing process conditions, conducting inspections, supporting maintenance and troubleshooting activities, and helping improve the plant as the technology continues to develop.Because this is a pilot facility, operating processes and equipment will continue to evolve. Successful candidates must be adaptable and willing to identify opportunities for improvement, help develop and document new operating procedures, and support the construction or modification of future processes. The ideal candidate is dependable, works effectively with others, communicates respectfully, shares knowledge, accepts constructive feedback, and contributes to a positive and productive team environment.The facility may operate 24 hours per day. Plant Operators must be able to work rotating schedules consisting of either 10-hour or 12-hour shifts.
