Supervise the preparation and presentation of all necessary documentation for project processing, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper management of reports and permits.<br>8. Oversee the construction process, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure that all permits and requirements are met before and during the construction phase.<br>9. Manage the transfer of projects to the final phases, ensuring that all permits, authorizations, and requirements are met before commissioning.<br>10.
