It shapes how we collaborate, innovate, and create impact together.If you are looking for a role where your contribution is visible, your development matters, and your work supports a more sustainable future, Scatec may be the right place for you.Why this role matters:Your role will be to support the senior engineering team members by managing or leading allocated tasks and design activities towards delivering a technical compliant wind project. What you’ll be doing:<ul> <li>Operating System <ul> <li>Follow the guidelines and prescribed structures as outlined by the operating system</li> <li>Provide continuous input towards improvement and optimization of the operating system</li> </ul></li> <li>Support to Project / Business Development <ul> <li>Support in evaluating the technical business case and provide input to the plausibility of the project</li> </ul></li> <li>Support to Structuring Phase of projects <ul> <li>Support in the development and establishment the technical base case and specifications of the project</li> <li>Review and evaluate technical documentation and contracts (PPA, Grid Code, Connection Agreement, etc.)</li> <li>Support Supply Chain Management on compilation and evaluation of RFP documents and supplier responses</li> <li>Support in detailed due diligence and investigations to conclude on technology selections</li> <li>Support in tasks assigned to manage, coordinate and compile the complete system design package</li> <li>Support in drafting technical schedules for various contracts (PPA, (S)-EPC, O&amp;M, etc.)</li> </ul></li> <li>Support to projects in delivery/execution <ul> <li>Ensure detailed engineering is implemented from the design stage </li> <li>Review design change request or proposals in the event of deviations </li> <li>Assist in establishing and evaluating quality expectations and documentation during construction </li> <li>Conduct site visits to monitor and ensure design expectations are implemented </li> <li>Support and drive testing and commissioning activities towards Commercial Operation Date </li> <li>Support in project close out phase towards TTO</li> </ul></li></ul>Your work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes. What you’ll gain:<ul> <li>Professional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one</li> <li>Hands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.</li> <li>Broader commercial understanding through close collaboration with cross-functional teams</li> <li>Stronger financial, performance, and decision-support skills in a real-world context</li></ul>What you’ll bring:<ul> <li>7+ years electrical / electromechanical engineering experience. This includes the following:</li> <li>3+ years renewable energy experience</li> <li>4+ years project environment experience</li> <li>3+ years distribution and reticulation design experience</li> <li>Experience in AutoCAD</li> <li>Experience in the design of electrical reticulation systems</li> <li>Exposure to High Voltage Networks and Sub-Stations</li> <li>Experience in Utility Scale wind Project design and execution</li></ul>What it’s like to work at ScatecAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
