Candidate should have a strong interest in market-based approaches to corporate supply chain decarbonization and be excited to grow quickly and take on more responsibility for programmatic work, in the original program they are assigned to and/or additional GMA Programs.Responsibilities will entail:Executive Assistant<ul><li>Managing the CEO or MD’s calendar, book travel, and assist with task management.</li><li>Supporting other members of the Leadership Team with scheduling as needed.</li><li>Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring proactive, professional communication and follow-up.</li><li>Supporting the CEO or MD in preparing for meetings, presentations, events, and special projects in coordination with other GMA team members.</li><li>Coordinating logistics and materials for Board of Directors meetings and other virtual and in-person convenings.</li><li>Occasionally assisting with organizing internal or external special events.</li></ul>Program Analyst<ul><li>Providing wide-ranging support to either of the following GMA Programs: GHG Accounting and Target-Setting Standards Program or Emerging Initiatives Program (assignment will be made based on skillset and interest).</li><li>Perform basic research and analyses across a range of subject matter, by gathering data, assessing data credibility, performing accurate calculations and displaying results in a clear, concise way for senior team review.</li><li>Stakeholder meeting preparation support, including heavy PowerPoint slide development.</li><li>Content development for short and long-form publications, including regular support for member company briefing materials and website content.
