<div><div>We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Packaging Solutions’ BU Northern Europe Controlling team. This role is part of our ambition to build a modern, AI-enabled analytics capability where data analysts act as proactive partners in business decision-making. </div><div>Hybrid role, with location in Jönköping, Stockholm, Lahti, Helsinki, or Riga.  </div><div>Your role </div><div>As a Data Analyst, you focus on turning data into profitability-improving actions. You work closely with controllers and business stakeholders to analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support decisions related to pricing, cost optimization, and resource allocation. </div><div>This is not a back-office reporting role. You are expected to actively engage with stakeholders, ask the right questions, and continuously improve how data and analysis are used to support profitable business outcomes. </div><div>The Data Analyst reports to the Head of Controlling, BU Northern Europe, Packaging Solutions.  </div><div>Key responsibilities </div><div><ul><li>Analyst is expected to design structured datasets and models together with IT, not just use them </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, drivers, and deviations </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Explore and apply AI and advanced analytics tools to improve efficiency, quality, and insight </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure data quality, consistency, and “single source of truth” across reports and forward looking analyses </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Build, maintain, and continuously improve reports and dashboards for decision-making </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Combine and structure data from multiple systems and sources </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate closely with controllers and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into meaningful analysis </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support controllers with deeper analysis, scenario modelling, and ad hoc business questions </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Communicate insights clearly and confidently to non-financial stakeholders </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Identify opportunities to automate recurring analyses and reporting </li></ul></div><div>What you bring </div><div><ul><li>Relevant academic background (e.g. finance, economics, data, engineering, or similar) </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Initial experience and/or strong interest in data analysis, reporting, or finance, with practical experience or curiosity towards modern AI tools  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI), Excel, and data handling </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Competence in AI-assisted analytics and vibe coding, enabling fast experimentation, insight generation, and data tool development, with a strong foundation in SQL and Python </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to interact confidently with controllers and business stakeholders, and explain data-driven insights in a clear and structured way </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Capability and proof of use-cases with AI, automation, and new analytical tools </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Analytical mindset with a willingness to challenge numbers and ask “why” </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Structured, proactive, and collaborative way of working </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Fluency in English </li></ul></div><div>What we offer  </div><div>You will be part of our diverse working culture which supports you in exploring new perspectives and developing professionally.
