Collaborate &amp; Optimize</b><br>Partner with Finance, Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions.<br>Act as a champion for process improvement, using technology to eliminate operational friction.</div><div><br><b>4. Ensure Governance &amp; Stewardship</b><br>Own the lifecycle, reliability, and security of our core enterprise applications.<br>Maintain robust controls supporting SOX compliance, GDPR, and information security standards.<br><br><b>Who You Are</b><br>You are a technical expert who understands enterprise software, a strategic thinker who can design multi-year roadmaps, and an empathetic leader who genuinely cares about growing people.<br><br><b>Your Qualifications:</b><br>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.<br>8+ years of direct experience supporting enterprise-grade business systems, with 5+ years demonstrated experience directly leading technical development and support teams.<br>Proven track record managing and modernizing heavy-duty ERP, CRM, and PLM platforms (experience with a variety of software, including Oracle products, would be considered an asset).<br>Success leading large-scale system migrations, vendor evaluations, and cross-functional change management.<br>Familiarity operating within SOX, GDPR, and ISO270001 compliance frameworks.<br>Certifications such as  PMP, Agile, or Scrum are highly valued assets.<br><br><b>What’s In It For You?</b><br>Work with Purpose: Every project you deliver directly supports the global effort to combat climate change.<br>Flexible Environment: We prioritize work-life balance with hybrid work arrangements.<br>Comprehensive Compensation: competitive base salary, performance bonuses, equity opportunities, and strong retirement savings matches.<br><br>The typical hiring range for this position is $93,840 - $146,265.
