As a Service Commercial Specialist, you will play an important role in shaping competitive service offerings and collaborating closely with local sales teams.</div><div>Curious what your journey will look like? Let’s dive right in:</div><br><strong>Please keep in mind this is a 1 year limited contract position with option to extend.<br></strong><br><ul><li>Analyze market trends, competitor service strategies, and customer needs to provide structured insights to the SCM organization</li><li>Support cost structure analysis and pricing optimization in collaboration with Finance for service proposals</li><li>Contribute to pre-tender clarifications and prepare competitive service proposals aligned with Polish Sales teams</li><li>Prepare and review standard service agreements, supporting negotiations and ensuring compliance and smooth contract handover</li><li>Manage and create direct service offers in CRM including spare parts, warranty extensions, training, and site visits</li><li>Act as first point of contact for Polish customers on non-LTSA service requests in coordination with the SCS team</li></ul></div>            Your profile<br>                <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><div>All right, all right… that sounds like a journey worth taking, doesn’t it? Now, to truly thrive in this role, your background should look something like this:</div><br><ul><li>A degree in Business with affinity to energy or technology, or an Engineering background with strong commercial focus</li><li>Around 3 years of experience in a similar commercial, service, or technical role</li><li>Polish and English at C1 level for effective collaboration and communication</li><li>Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset with strong ownership attitude</li><li>Analytical and structured way of working with attention to detail</li><li>Proactive, dynamic personality with a solution-oriented and team-focused approach</li></ul></div>
