We are family owned and operated and our goal is to provide cost efficient, professional recycling services that present significant value for our customers, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and benefit the environment.</p><p>We are looking for an HR Generalist to work full-time, onsite at our location in Pilsen, IL.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist broadly across HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance</li><li>Process weekly payroll in Paylocity</li><li>Support the full employee lifecycle and continually switch gears in performing a variety of tasks</li><li>Assist with new hire onboarding process including, creating offer letters, initiating background checks, conducting new hire orientation and managing onboarding surveys.</li><li>Work with talent acquisition, managers/department heads to facilitate performance management and support compliance requests.</li><li>Work well both independently and as part of a team. Autonomously perform routine tasks, continually improving efficiency. Serve as a backup for various general HR and payroll functions.</li><li>Enter data and ensure the accuracy of our HRIS database.
