Come build the future of mobility with us.WHY JOIN US: <ul><li>Be a part of a team leading the world’s electrification of mass mobility </li><li>Competitive Wages and comprehensive benefit package with immediate benefit eligibility </li><li>Paid holidays and vacation </li><li>401K with generous company match</li><li>Inclusive workplace culture that values and empowers team members. </li><li>On-the-job training in a continuous learning environment (we invested $15.9 million in 2024) </li><li>Advancement opportunities within our family of companies </li></ul>WHAT YOU WILL DO:<ul><li>Coordinate and administer the recruitment and selection process including approvals, determining method of recruitment, preparation of job postings/advertisements, schedule and conduct interviews, reference checks, and prepare and negotiate employment offers</li><li>Maintain recruitment database, track recruitment tasks and statistics of recruitment</li><li>Maintain and update human resource information systems and benefit systems with employee data including new hire, classifications changes, wage/salary changes, and termination information</li><li>Complete workplace investigations through the Human Rights Committee, management requests, etc.</li><li>Support Group Safety and local team in Safety initiatives/reviews</li><li>Coordinate and administer employee meetings, orientation checklist, employee feedback and exit interview compliance, employee appreciation/recognition</li><li>Plan and execute employee engagement events throughout the year</li><li>Assist in the development and rollout of required Human Resources policies and procedures.  Review of such policies and procedures for updates</li><li>Provide advice and guidance to employees and management regarding performance management, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline issues</li></ul>WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:<ul><li>Post-secondary education in related human resources field or equivalent experience</li><li>3+ years HR experience, with a focus on supporting employee and labor relations, recruitment/selection, and safety</li><li>Strong working knowledge of HR legislation and labor laws</li><li>Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) is an asset</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions</li><li>Ability to transition between task quickly and with focus</li><li>High degree of attention to detail</li><li>Experience working with ADP or similar HCM systems</li><li>Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office</li><li>Advanced problem solving and analytical skills are essential</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work with minimum supervision and possess initiative to seek improvements</li></ul>OUR WHY:We move people.
