In addition, you will be working closely with maintenance and operations teams to optimize the handover of the projects, always with focus on the asset security, efficiency - performance and reliability &amp; value realization.Your ability to manage diverse teams, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results will be key to your success. We value open-mindedness, a positive attitude, and a commitment to learning and growth.If you are ready to bring your project management expertise to a dynamic environment and help shape the future with us, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints plus capturing lessons learned.</li><li>Manage and refine project timelines, budgets, risks and resources – transparency being key.</li><li>Coordinating &amp; act as the bridge between the engineering team and internal &amp; external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and swift resolution of technical issues for seamless project execution.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards and manage all project deliverables are including quality and EHS compliance, throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Continuously identify, assess, and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.</li><li>Ensure business success and customer satisfaction through professional project and stakeholder management while always maximizing value creation – a ‘win-win’ mentality.</li><li>Consistently contribute to internal process and team improvement initiatives within the Digital Engineering Project Management team.</li></ul>
