Sourcing Manager 采购经理    Key Purpose of Role:   Responsible for development and implementation of strategic path around direct materials in APAC - this includes supplier selection and management, supplier negotiation, stake holder management, direct material process controls, budget and cost down tracking. 负责亚太地区直接材料供应的开发和实施，包括供应商选择和管理，供应商谈判，物料供应相关方管理，直接材料过程控制，预算和降本跟踪。    Key Responsibilities 1.    Develop and implement strategic recommendations for key direct material subcategories based on production requirements and category directives. 根据生产和相关需求，制定并执行关键直接材料品类战略建议。2.    Supplier identification, selection and management based upon alignment with departments, timeliness and costing goals set by the organization. 负责供应商的识别，选择和管理，和按时达成组织设定的成本目标。3.    Achieves cost reduction goals as set by the Director, Strategic Sourcing. Using strategic path, identifies cost negotiation opportunities and cost down approaches for each key supplier/material subcategory. 完成战略采购总监制定的降低成本的目标。运用战略路径，识别每个关键供应商/材料子类的成本谈判机会和降低成本的方法。4.    Reporting of material status around strategy, market conditions, risk mitigation plans, cost reduction results and additional opportunities. 报告战略、市场状况、风险缓解计划、成本降低结果和其他机会的重要状况。5.    Support ongoing requirements for purchases and services opportunities as raised throughout the year by the organization. 支持组织持续提升的采购需求/服务机会。6.    Frequent communication with key external suppliers and internal communication to all levels of the organization required. 保持与主要外部供应商、公司内部各层级的高频率沟通。7.    Resolves material purchasing issues escalated by the materials management group, Finance and other departments. 解决物料管理小组、财务和其他部门提出的物料采购问题。8.    Send out RFPs for various projects. Do assessment &amp; comparison analysis of proposals. Present findings to the business. Negotiate according to corporate guidelines. 发送项目招标书；对提案进行评估和比较分析；向企业报告调查结果；根据公司的指导方针进行谈判。9.    Management of the purchasing process for direct goods and services as well as all related policies &amp; procedures.          管理直接货物和服务的采购流程以及所有相关的政策和程序。10.  Product / Device Quality Management产品/设备质量管理11.  Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required. 完成被指派或要求的其他职责。 Requirements: <ol><li>Bachelor's Degree and Engineering major preferred大学以上工科相关专业优先</li><li>5+ years’ experience in managing direct material purchases including hardware, components is a must.  5年以上直接物料包括硬件、组件采购工作经验</li><li>Professional knowledge of electronic / mechanical materials; 掌握电子物料/机械件物料专业知识；</li><li>Thorough experience in procurement and supply chain具有丰富的采购和供应链经验</li><li>Can work under great pressure and work with fast-pace; 能承受工作压力及快节奏</li><li>Willing to travel over 50% 接受高频率出差</li></ol>
