Reporting to the Change Management Manager, this role will serve as the key point of contact for Contract Management while also taking responsibility for overseeing and optimising processes across both the change management and contract management functions.What you’ll be doingYou’ll play a key role in providing expert guidance on contract frameworks, policies, and standards, enabling improved performance, compliance, and efficiency across all contract-related activities.The role also contributes to the evolution of the Centre of Excellence by embedding standardised processes, leveraging insights and data to inform decision-making, and strengthening organisational capability in contract and supplier management.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Establish and maintain contract management frameworks, policies, and standards to drive consistency across the organisation. Ensuring compliance with internal governance, legal, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Lead the end-to-end management of contracts drafting of service description and service level, negotiation, execution, performance monitoring, and renewal/termination.</li><li>Ensure contracts are structured to optimise commercial outcomes and minimise risk and drive value through effective negotiation, cost control, and performance management.</li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, legal, finance, operations) to provide expert contract guidance and support business objectives.</li><li>Track contract performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, providing reporting and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.</li><li>Oversee and coordinate processes within the Centre of Excellence to ensure governance controls, and operational requirements are fully in place prior to implementation.</li></ul>What you’ll bring<ul><li>Proven record of successfully working independently with minimal direction to deliver business results on time with a high quality of accuracy, consistency, and attention to the details essential</li><li>Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable outcomes.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience implementing or working within governance frameworks and standardised processes.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance.</li></ul>Minimum Criteria <ul><li>Strong Commercial &amp; Risk Awareness</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Influencing Skills</li><li>Governance &amp; Process Expertise</li><li>Analytical &amp; Communication Skills</li><li>Experience in Change Delivery oversight</li></ul>   What’s in it for you As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
