They analyze business processes, identify needs, and develop strategies to improve business processes using software solutions. They ensure that software development aligns with business objectives and requirements. As a Business Analyst, your work will focus on these responsibilities. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed business and technical requirements. Document and translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories. Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the business side and the development team. Facilitate communication and ensure mutual understanding between stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate priorities. Project Management Support: Support project planning, monitoring, and reporting activities. Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and milestones. Monitor project progress and address issues that may arise. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredExperience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Experience and knowledge of Marine Industry, Port Operation will be an assetSoft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
