Direct and coordinate Performance Improvement Engineers to identify, prioritise and deliver plant optimisation initiatives.</p><p></p><p>Lead outage engineering and planning, including scope definition, execution strategy and post-outage performance recovery. Provide technical leadership and integration across operations, maintenance and engineering to improve plant outcomes.
