Join our Project &amp; Programme Management team and help us deliver excellent outcomes. Your new role As NEC Project Manager, you will be responsible for contract and commercial management across major infrastructure programmes. You will set contract strategies, monitor contractor and consultant performance, manage claims and disputes, manage technical assurance and ensure consistent application of delivery standards. You will work as part of large, multi-disciplinary teams and provide clear direction to a range of stakeholders at all levels.Your key responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Lead NEC contract management and administration across major, complex infrastructure programmes</li><li>Develop and implement contract management strategies and performance frameworks</li><li>Monitor contractor/consultant performance and maintain KPIs</li><li>Lead claims and dispute management and support dispute‑avoidance activities</li><li>Manage contract interfaces across design, construction and operations teams</li><li>Provide contractual and commercial advice and produce performance reports</li><li>Lead and mentor a small team (typically 2–5 people)</li><li>Operate within a large, complex and multi-disciplinary organisational structure including managing interfaces with a range of stakeholders</li></ul>About you We’re looking for an assured leader with extensive contract and commercial experience, strong NEC knowledge and practical experience in managing contractor performance, claims and complex contract interfaces on major D&amp;B infrastructure schemes.
