Accounts Payable Agent‎ Statut / Status:Regular, Full time‎ Emplacement / Location:Montréal, Quebec‎ <h1>Description du poste / Job Description</h1><ul></ul>Reporting to the Manager, Accounts payable, the Accounts Payable Agent will assist in the operation of the Accounts Payable department.RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Validate invoices and expense reports electronically</li><li>Processing expense invoices electronically</li><li>Manage various discrepancies related to invoices</li><li>Collaborate with branches and other departments to resolve discrepancies</li><li>Reconciliation of supplier statements</li><li>Monitoring the mailboxes, respond to supplier’s needs and questions regarding their files</li><li>Execute checks and prepare wire payments</li><li>Provide training and support required from our branches</li><li>Other related responsibilities</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>DEP in accounting or equivalent experience</li><li>Minimum two to four years’ experience in accounts payable</li><li>Bilingualism (French and English spoken and written) to communicate with stakeholders across the country</li><li>Excel (advanced)</li><li>Good communication skills (verbal and written)</li><li>Able to process large volumes</li><li>Organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail</li><li>Knowledge of Canadian taxes</li><li>Knowledge of the Workday system is an asset</li></ul>‎ <h1>Pourquoi se joindre à nous </h1>On est un acteur majeur engagé dans la transformation énergétique au Canada.
