This role is focused on ensuring high uptime for industrial IT equipment, providing proactive service desk support, and implementing security standards. You will work closely with a global IT team and local engineers to maintain a secure, automated, and highly efficient manufacturing environment.</p></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><div><li><p>Monitor and maintain IT and infrastructure devices to ensure maximum system uptime.</p></li><li><p>Provide comprehensive service desk support and collaborate with users for technology rollouts.</p></li><li><p>Execute vulnerability remediation and manage a subset of software security tools.</p></li><li><p>Develop and organize technical documentation for system procedures and workflows.</p></li><li><p>Assist in sourcing and configuring hardware and software components from vendors.</p></li></div></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><div><li><p>Associate’s degree in IT or 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems and networking, with advanced knowledge of ITSM tools and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration.</p></li><li><p>Practical experience with Layer 1 networking and Google Workspace productivity tools.</p></li><li><p>Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish; German proficiency is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach to troubleshooting.</p></li></div></ul><br><div>Diamond Foundry believes in supporting our employees from the workplace to their personal and home life.
