Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process Compliance &amp; Quality Control:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control checks across all billing workflows to ensure data accuracy and process integrity.</li><li>Regularly review billing procedures to ensure alignment with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.</li><li>Identify and report on compliance gaps, recommending and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct internal audits of billing data and processes to proactively identify potential issues.</li></ul></li><li>3rd Party Customer Audit Management:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all third-party customer billing audits.</li><li>Coordinate the collection and preparation of necessary documentation and data for auditors.</li><li>Facilitate auditor requests, respond to inquiries, and manage all communications throughout the audit lifecycle.</li><li>Analyze audit findings, develop action plans to address discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.</li></ul></li><li>Billing Support &amp; Versatility:<ul><li>Provide expert support for various billing functions, adapting quickly to diverse needs and priorities within the team.</li><li>Assist with complex billing inquiries, escalations, and dispute resolution.</li><li>Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving billing systems, tools, and processes.</li><li>Function as a flexible resource to backfill critical billing tasks during peak periods or staff absences.</li><li>Assist with training, as necessary.</li></ul></li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations role, preferably in a dynamic, high-volume environment.</li><li>Proven experience with quality control, process compliance, or audit management.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and billing software are highly desirable.</li></ul></li><li>Skills:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.</li><li>Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent time management.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>An initiative-taking, self-starter mentality with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.</li></ul></li></ul>Equal employment opportunityWe welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people’s unique skills, attitudes and experiences.
