Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Verify the condition of assets based on maintenance programs and fully comply with the assigned maintenance tasks.</li><li>Installation and commissioning of assets and facilities.</li><li>Participate in the implementation of improvements to assets and processes through the development of new technologies.</li><li>Participate in customer audits, meeting the established standards and assigned requirements for each of them according to Vibracoustic's systems.</li><li>Comply with the procedures, work instructions, and activities of the Quality Management System in accordance with our standards ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001.</li><li>Maintain strict order and cleanliness in the spare parts warehouse and its work areas through 5S programs and the implementation of TPM in the areas where required.</li><li>Promote and generate energy-saving projects, spare parts management, downtime reduction, productivity increase, quality claim reduction, process improvement, etc.</li><li>Handle hazardous chemicals and their waste in accordance with plant guidelines.</li><li>Execute their activities in a professional and responsible manner, as well as seek definitive solutions to the problems encountered on the machine.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Technician or engineer, electromechanical, electrical or related field, or demonstrate competence in an interview, mechatronics, instrumentation, automation.</li><li>3 year in the maintenance department of manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry, injection molding machines, polyurethane processes, process automation.</li><li>Automation, PLC's, electronics,  electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, maintenance management.</li><li>Advanced english.</li></ul>‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
