We seek a Project Manager to manage multidisciplinary projects, driving delivery to scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will coordinate project tasks, support client engagement, manage risks and change, and collaborate with senior project leadership to ensure successful outcomes.Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day project delivery: develop task plans, track progress, update schedules, and report performance. • Maintain scope, schedule, cost, and change control for assigned work packages; prepare accurate forecasts and status dashboards. • Coordinate internal disciplines and subconsultants; schedule meetings, document decisions, and follow through on actions. • Manage client engagement: prepare meeting materials, facilitate decision-making, communicate progress, resolve issues. • Identify and mitigate risks; maintain registers, action plans, and escalation paths. • Ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements; apply lessons learned and continuous improvement practices. • Oversee procurement strategy, contract administration, invoices, and claims/variations.• Prepare and deliver high-quality project documentation, deliverables trackers, progress reports. • Support business development: contribute to proposals, scopes, schedules, and pricing; participate in interviews. • Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance team culture.
