In this role, you will lead our top-of-funnel pipeline generation hunting and qualifying mid-market and enterprise shippers to accelerate our growth across North America.</p><h3><br>You will<span></span><span></span></h3><ul><li>Own the full sales cycle for net-new enterprise accounts, from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to contract negotiation and close.</li><li>Build and execute strategic account plans that align with each prospect’s ESG, cost, and operational priorities.</li><li>Partner with the Head of Commercial to translate GTM strategy into action, and provide feedback from the market to shape commercial strategy.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and deployment teams to design compelling, feasible solutions for potential customers.</li><li>Drive smooth handoff of newly signed accounts to the Key Accounts team for long-term management and growth.</li><li>Contribute to building a scalable sales process, including pipeline development, deal reviews, and forecasting.</li><li>Represent Einride at industry events, panels, and customer meetings to evangelize the transition to sustainable freight.</li></ul><h3>What Success Looks Like<span></span><span></span></h3><ul><li>Landing new enterprise logos with multi-million dollar revenue potential.</li><li>Building strong relationships with Director, VP, and C-level decision makers across logistics, supply chain, operations, and sustainability functions.</li><li>Consistently meeting or exceeding quota and pipeline coverage targets.</li><li>Enabling the Key Accounts team to grow landed accounts by setting them up with a clean transition and robust customer roadmap.</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:<span></span><span></span></h3><ul><li>2–4 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience strictly within the freight, logistics, 3PL, or transportation sectors. </li><li>Deep familiarity with the enterprise shipper ecosystem: A career-built professional network and a proven ability to navigate complex freight organizations to map out decision-makers (Logistics Managers, Procurement Directors, Supply Chain VPs).</li><li>Logistics fluency and industry credibility: Comfort talking to logistics personas about operational pain points, using industry-standard vocabulary (LTL/FTL, dedicated fleets, TMS, etc.) to build immediate trust.</li><li>Proven success closing or qualifying complex, multi-stakeholder deals with mid-market or large enterprise companies.</li><li>General understanding of sustainability-related technology and a passion for tackling the challenges of fleet decarbonization.</li><li>Expertise in value-based/solution selling, including building ROI cases and aligning multiple stakeholders behind a shared vision.</li><li>Ability to engage and influence Director through C-level stakeholders across operations, finance, sustainability, and procurement.</li><li>Ability to work in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with comfort navigating ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently to engage with customers and represent Einride at industry events.</li><li>Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new aspects of the freight, EV, and autonomous technology industry — staying ahead of a rapidly evolving market.</li></ul><p></p><p>This is a full-time remote position based anywhere in the United States.
