Position OverviewDrive the strategic planning, execution of priorities, and day-to-day business operations of the Private Banks &amp; Wire houses sales channel within Global Wealth Management Solutions (GWMS), a key growth driver within the Client &amp; Product Solutions (CPS) organization. The Wealth COO team operates as a centralized function with broad, generalist responsibilities spanning all channels — this role offers dedicated channel-specific depth while contributing to the team's wider mandate. You'll be part of an entrepreneurial, nimble team within an established firm, with meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership, and room to grow.<ul><li>Develop presentations and quantitative analyses for consumption by senior leadership</li><li>Work closely with the sales team and product specialists as well as finance and technology teams to build an in-depth understanding of the capital raising activity at the Firm, and strategic growth initiatives based on investor feedback</li><li>Centralize and streamline competitor information across various products and channels in order to inform strategic decision making</li><li>Assist in day to day operations for the GWMS team, including budgeting, expense management, business planning and analysis, and technology solutions</li><li>Implement and enhance repeatable business processes</li><li>Ad hoc projects to support fundraises and strategic initiatives</li><li>Track budget to actual for fundraising and expense management</li><li>Salesforce data hygiene and governance</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record</li><li>4-6 years of experience at an investment bank or alternative asset manager and /or marketing experience</li><li>Strong project management and follow-through skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once</li><li>Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness and desire to learn</li><li>Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Capacity to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information</li><li>Working knowledge of private equity, credit and real assets</li><li>Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills</li><li>Strong writing skillset, including ability to synthesize complex financial concepts</li><li>Driven, strong passion for self-development</li><li>Uncompromising integrity and professionalism</li><li>Ability to work and communicate with a wide variety of constituents</li><li>Resourceful; strong organizational skills</li><li>Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills</li></ul>Pay Range$130,000- $165,000Apollo Global Management, Inc.
