TITLE: Program ManagerDUTIES: We seek a Program Manager based out of our office at 2151 E. Lincoln Road, Kokomo, IN 46902. Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Conduct financial management of program including ROI, Divop with at award metrics. Conduct financial management of product/process changes. Provide overall program timing management including design and product validation planning.
