Identify critical path items, resource needs, dependencies, and major program risks.  •    Oversee planning and execution of complex programs across hardware, software, systems integration, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering.  •    Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across engineering, quality, test, operations, supply chain, and business teams.  •    Collaborate with Business Development, Commercial, and Finance teams to determine production planning, demand forecasting, and go-to-market strategy.  •    Support complex development life cycles, including readiness for build events, test activities, integration phases, and design freezes.  •    Ensure alignment to technical, quality, safety, and operational requirements throughout the program lifecycle.  •    Direct planning for builds, including BOM maturity, long-lead procurement, supplier readiness, and tooling development.  •    Partner with finance, supply chain, and operations to manage budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and cost tracking.  •    Develop and manage program-level risk assessments, mitigation plans, and contingency strategies.  •    Provide structured executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders.  •    Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and ensure alignment across engineering and business organizations.  •    Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase program predictability, efficiency, and execution maturity.  •    Ensure all delivery, financial and technical commitments of the project are met. Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.Minimum Experience Requirements: Engineering Manager or related occupational job title in which 10 years of experience in program and project management within a complex technical environment and managing enterprise-level programs involving hardware, software, systems integration, and manufacturing engineering was gained.Please apply online at: https://www.archer.com/careers.
