In this role, you will support the development of electrical systems for utility-scale battery products by creating and maintaining detailed schematics, wiring documentation, and related design records, and by collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams to improve product quality, manufacturability, and consistency.</p><p>This role will support electrical design activities by preparing and maintaining system drawings, bills of materials, and implementation documentation, while also assisting with prototype builds, verification testing, and design updates through the product development cycle.</p></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><div><p>· Support the design of electrical systems, including system architecture implementation, interconnect definition, and overall system integration.</p><p>· Create and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, cable and harness documentation, bills of materials, and design documentation for electrical components and subsystems.</p><p>· Support prototype builds, electrical integration activities, and issue resolution, and incorporate feedback into design updates.</p><p>· Assist with verification testing by preparing test hardware, documenting results, and updating designs as needed.</p><p>· Provide technical documentation and design support for component sourcing, supplier coordination, and implementation readiness.</p><p>· Maintain product lifecycle data, including drawings, bills of materials, specifications, and revision-controlled design records.</p></div></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><div><p>· Diploma, degree, or equivalent training in electrical engineering technology, electrical design, or a related field.</p><p>· Proficiency in electrical CAD or schematic capture tools and strong capability with standard PC applications used for engineering work.</p><p>· Strong understanding of practical electrical design principles, wiring and interconnect documentation, and design for assembly and manufacturability.</p><p>· Ability to interpret and work from engineering requirements, test results, and system inputs to support detailed electrical design.</p><p>· 5+ years of experience creating electrical designs, schematics, wiring documentation, or related product development deliverables for engineered systems.</p><p>· Safety-focused, with an understanding of applicable electrical, regulatory, and product design requirements.</p></div></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><div><p>· Experience working with medium- and high-voltage systems, electrical test equipment, or industrial control and power distribution hardware.</p><p>· Experience designing or supporting battery systems, power conversion equipment, or other industrial electrical products.</p><p>· Experience supporting supplier coordination, panel fabrication, or contract manufacturing activities.</p></div></ul><br><div>Invinity Energy Systems is small enough that every team member plays a critical role in our daily business, but large enough to participate in landmark clean energy projects around the world. With its exposure to our most impactful emerging products, this role will be critical in us delivering on those opportunities. If you are great at what you do, willing to engage with our dedicated, collaborative culture, and motivated by taking on and delivering against some of the biggest opportunities in energy today, we’d love to hear from you. </div>
