Apply a continuous improvement mindset to daily activities.</li><li>Participate in the planning and execution of both minor and major shutdowns, providing technical and hands-on support as needed.</li><li>Follow, update, and maintain operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations.</li><li>Oversee trailer loading operations and assist drivers as necessary.</li><li>Promote and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.</li><li>Provide support to other facilities in the area as required.</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>A certificate in process technology or a maintenance-related field preferred, or a minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing/production, processing, or chemical/petrochemical environment. Participants in SkillsUSA are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Experience with plant/refinery instrumentation and electrical systems is preferred.</li><li>Strong mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical proficiency is desired.</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement.</li><li>Ability to participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation.</li><li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently.</li><li>Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.</li><li>Military experience is a plus.
