<p>The Nautilus Solar Energy (NSE) Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Asset Management team with ensuring project compliance including but not limited to land lease oversight, property tax management, stakeholder reporting, SREC administration, financial due diligence, and incentive management. This full-time position will report to the Senior Asset Manager. All NSE employees have the option of working remotely; however, travel for semiannual in-person meetings is required.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Support Asset Management Team with the following:</p><ul><li>Project Compliance</li><ul><li>Assist with fulfilling site control contract obligations.</li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Enter bills in NetSuite and verify timely payment.</li><li>Support the administration of SREC, incentive, and property tax requirements.</li><li>Participate in virtual meetings as scheduled (during work hours).</li><li>Assist with maintaining positive relationships with contract counterparties.</li><li>Additional assignments as needed.</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Insurance &amp; Bonding</li><ul><li>Enter bills from bond and insurance agents in NetSuite and verify timely payment.</li><li>Support insurance binding.</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Corporate</li><ul><li>Follow existing standard operating procedures and assist with the documentation and refinement of Asset Management workflows.</li><li>Support intercompany agreement requirements.</li><li>Support financial due diligence.</li><li>Special projects as needed.</li></ul></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external parties</li><li>Eager to learn new tasks and software</li><li>Comfortable working independently in support of the team in an often fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment</li><li>Experience managing complex tasks and completing assignments on time</li><li>Willingness to take the lead on researching varied topics</li><li>Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary  $75,000-$85,000</li></ul><ul><li>Annual Performance Bonus  </li></ul><ul><li>Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability) are 100% covered by Nautilus </li></ul><ul><li>401k offered with employer match</li></ul>
