The core is a high performing computer platform with functionality divided between central and distributed systems combined with extensive input/output signal handling. The organization consist of approx. 160 employees with operation in Sweden, Poland and India. You will be responsible for the complete R&amp;D organization and operation of the MACH Control &amp; Protection platform, reporting to the head of GI MACH. You have solid knowledge of software and hardware development, preferably both from project execution and a line manager role.  You will play a key role in further transforming and developing the C&amp;P R&amp;D organization, particularly in enhancing ways of working, efficiency, and quality.
