Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Ensures excellent data quality and the respective reports at all times.</li><li>​Holds responsible for the consistency of the reporting (Management-, Customer- and Product P&amp;L). </li><li>Supports if available the Director Finance &amp; Controlling in planning, simulations, reconciliations and reporting.  </li><li>Analyses the key drivers of the P&amp;L and the reasons for deviation from standards. </li><li>Provides all internal stakeholders with relevant reports and analyses. </li></ul>Additional Responsibilities <ul><li>Supports actively the implementation of all changes in corporate standards and procedures </li><li>Responsible for up to date data in all relevant systems esp. for TBM management and all sales related information </li><li>Work on ad-hoc requests </li><li>Active participation in local and corporate projects </li><li>Substitutes if available the Director Finance &amp; Controlling </li></ul>Interactions (internal &amp; external)<ul><li>Corporate functions </li><li>Regional functions </li><li>Cluster Management </li><li>Local Management and work council </li><li>Auditors </li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Professional Experience and Education<ul><li>Bachelor or preferably Master degree </li><li>5 years of operative business controlling in a sales entity </li><li>Good understanding in calculations, costing, process modelling and identifying implications of decisions on various KPIs. </li><li>English language (fluent in speaking and writing) </li><li>Expert level in SAP and MS office software </li></ul>Specific knowledge<ul><li>Deep knowledge of business and financial processes </li><li>Deep Local GAAP and IFRS Accounting knowledge </li><li>Very broad knowledge of financial and controlling implications on operational and strategic business decisions </li><li>Understanding of Lean Methods </li></ul>Specific competencies<ul><li>Business acumen. </li><li>Problem solving </li><li>Standing alone  </li><li>Conflict management </li><li>Drive for Results and Priority Setting </li><li>Ability to analyse data and develop recommendations for strategic decision making </li><li>Building effective teams </li><li>Developing direct reports </li></ul>‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
