Tomorrow.io is currently looking for a People &amp; Culture Business Partner to support our Golden, CO office (specifically focusing on our innovative Space &amp; Sensors department) by assisting in attracting and retaining the best talent possible. In this role, you’ll report to our VP of People &amp; Culture and partner with our teams to design and execute end-to-end strategies that enhance employee experience, engagement, and performance. We need a doer who can pivot from high-level planning to granular execution. The role will be part of a highly collaborative global P&amp;C team and will be a key driver in helping to embed a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity. This role requires working from our location in Golden, CO approx. 3 days per week.If you are a people person who is practical-minded;If you are passionate and business oriented;If you are excited about transforming and optimizing the People &amp; Culture function with AI;If you’re not afraid of building stuff from the ground up; andIf you believe what Peter Drucker said – that culture eats strategy for breakfast –  We would love to hear from you! Things you’ll get to do: <ul><li>Coach and advise managers on how to bring out the best in their employees through talent assessments, professional development, and organizational planning; guide managers and employees through employee engagement action planning, performance reviews, promotions, and annual benefits enrollment.</li><li>Serve as an advocate for employees, providing guidance, support and resources.</li><li>Integrate AI tools and agents into everyday people operations to optimize efficiency and empower teams with next-gen technology.</li><li>Develop and implement HR initiatives that support the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive culture - specifically own and drive our DEI initiatives and programs.</li><li>Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent to the organization.</li><li>Drive change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.</li><li>Leverage data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.</li><li>Partner with the People &amp; Culture team to ensure that HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and company standards.</li><li>Foster Tomorrow.io’s Ethos in everything we do – Make An Impact, Show True Grit, Put People First! </li></ul>To be a good fit, you’ll need: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; PHR/SHRM-CP designations a plus!</li><li>8+ years of progressive HR experience with focus as an HRBP, preferably in the space industry.</li><li>Experience and excitement in implementing AI initiatives to streamline, optimize, and progress the HR function.</li><li>Strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices, BUT the ability to be creative and willingness to be open to thinking outside the box!</li><li>Deep knowledge of local, state, and federal policy and requirements, ensuring that Tomorrow.io remains compliant as we grow and scale.</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR colleagues.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data and metrics.</li><li>Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives.</li><li>Experience in a Startup environment is a MUST!</li></ul>If you are a self-starter who is passionate about AI, HR &amp; the People Experience and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply!If you have reached this point and you are super excited but not sure you check all the boxes - we still want to speak with you!
