This role sits at the intersection of instructional strategy, technology, and business partnership – translating complex organizational capability gaps into high-impact learning solutions that drive measurable performance outcomes.How You’ll Make an Impact:Program Design &amp; End-to-End Delivery<ul><li>Own the full program lifecycle for large-scale learning initiatives – from needs discovery through evaluation and iteration</li><li>Design comprehensive learning programs, curricula, and blended learning experiences that address complex, multi-level organizational performance needs</li><li>Lead cross-functional working groups and coordinate deliverables across SMEs, vendors,  and business stakeholders</li><li>Establish clear success metrics for each initiative and report on learning effectiveness, engagement, and business impact</li></ul>Learning Technology Ecosystem Management <ul><li>Serve as the organizational owner of the Learning Management System (LMS) and/or Learning Experience Platform (LXP)</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and contracts: lead renewal negotiations, escalate issues, and hold vendors accountable to SLAs</li><li>Oversee system integrations between the LMS/LXP and adjacent platforms (HRIS, talent management, productivity tools, etc.)</li><li>Conduct regular user data analysis – completion rates, learner behavior, engagement trends and translate findings into actionable platform and program improvements</li><li>Lead technical optimization efforts including system configuration, context taxonomy, and user experience enhancements</li></ul>Content Development &amp; Learning Strategy <ul><li>Develop high-quality learning content spanning e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, and curated digital resources</li><li>Craft engaging learning strategies that leverage a range of modalities: instructor-led training, virtual facilitation, self-paced digital learning, cohort-based programs, and on-the job experiences</li><li>Apply evidence-based instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM, backward design, etc.) to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and measurable</li><li>Champion accessibility and inclusive design standards across all learning materials</li></ul>Business Partnership &amp; Needs Analysis <ul><li>Partner closely with divisional leaders and people managers to conduct capability gap analyses and performance diagnostics</li><li>Facility discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and focus groups to surface learning needs and define program objectives</li><li>Translate identified capability gaps into specialized, tailored learning solutions aligned with business priorities and workforce development tools</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor on L&amp;D best practices, consulting on the most effective approaches for each context</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships across HR Partners/Managers, Talent Management, and organizational lead</li></ul>Note: This list of responsibilities is inclusive; however, it is intended to be a guideline for activities.What You’ll Bring: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or similar education</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Learning &amp; Development, Talent Development, or a closely related field</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, enterprise-wide learning programs</li><li>Hands-on administration experience with at least one LMS or LXP platform</li><li>Strong project management skills with experience using PM tools (Microsoft Office, Monday.com, or similar)</li><li>Proficiency in content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and virtual facilitation platforms (Microsoft Teams)</li><li>Experience designing enterprise-wide upskilling/reskilling programs</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Master’s Degree preferred</li><li>Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM) or instructional design/talent development (e.g., ATD CPTD, CPLP)</li><li>Experience designing leadership development programs</li><li>Familiarity with learning analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, xAPI/LRS reporting)</li><li>Background in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)</li></ul>Disclaimer: JR Automation requires candidates to successfully complete a 10-panel drug screen, physical examination, and background check.Company Overview:  At JR Automation, A Hitachi Group Company, we discover potential, reimagine limits, and advance industry.
