Watch “<a href="https://youtu.be/BtjIN9oHRMY?si=ONfWJ-vFlLZckjrE">Culture is our Passion</a>” to learn more about usWe are looking for someone who demonstrates:<ul><li>Passionate drive to innovate and create.</li><li>Integrity to the core</li><li>Enthusiastic customer focus</li><li>Consistent interactive teamwork</li><li>Desire for continuous improvement and top performance</li></ul>Here is a glimpse of what you will do:<ul><li>Manage international logistics operations with a solid understanding of Incoterms and shipping terms.</li><li>Review and manage shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificates, etc.</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment bookings, approve Bills of Lading, and track shipments.</li><li>Liaise with customs brokers for clearance of cargo in overseas countries.</li><li>Coordinate with transport companies for container pick-up from ports and ensure timely delivery to project sites.</li><li>Communicate with project managers, customers, and site representatives for delivery schedules.</li><li>Manage courier shipments with FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.</li><li>Handle reverse logistics, coordinating movement of goods from project sites back to suppliers.</li><li>Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.</li><li>Ensure timely updates of shipment data and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Comply with EHS policies, procedures and instructions</li><li>Use PPE and safety equipment as required</li><li>Report hazards, near misses, incidents and unsafe acts</li><li>Participate in EHS training and awareness programmes</li></ul>Here is some of what you will need (required):<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.</li><li>(4-6) years of experience in international logistics operations (experience in overseas markets preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of Incoterms and global shipping practices.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts).</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Flexible to work in US time zone.</li></ul>Here are a few of our preferred experiences:<ul><li>Prior experience in project logistics or large-scale shipments will be an added advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of customs clearance processes and documentation requirements is essential.</li></ul>At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
