You’ll own the design, deployment and continuous improvement of Capex &amp; Disposal processes, policies and systems at Group level, ensuring consistent adoption and strong governance.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you’ll do as Global Capex Lead:<ul><li>Own and enhance the end-to-end Group Capex workflow and system requirements, driving continuous improvement and adoption of the Capex App</li><li>Lead the design and standardisation of global disposal processes and policy frameworks, ensuring structured lifecycle management across regions</li><li>Develop, implement and embed Capex &amp; Disposal policies into practical workflows, templates and systems</li><li>Establish and run governance frameworks to ensure compliance, transparency and auditability of Capex and Disposal activities</li><li>Enable robust planning and delivery visibility through system-based tracking, forecasting capability and standardised reporting</li><li>Drive cross-functional alignment across Fleet, Finance, Procurement, Operations and IT, acting as the central point of coordination</li><li>Lead global rollout of process, policy and system improvements, ensuring consistent adoption and execution standards</li><li>Proactively identify risks and gaps, driving continuous improvement and early intervention</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Experienced in process design and continuous improvement, with a strong ability to simplify and standardise workflows</li><li>Skilled in working with and enhancing systems (ERP, workflow tools, Power BI or similar)</li><li>A strong stakeholder manager, confident working across regions and multiple business functions</li><li>Able to translate business needs into practical system and workflow solutions</li><li>Highly organised, detail-oriented and disciplined in execution</li><li>Familiar with Capex, asset lifecycle or operational processes (advantageous)</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>A highly visible global role with the opportunity to shape Capex and disposal processes, systems and governance</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package, including annual leave and bonus potential</li><li>Exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership opportunities</li><li>Ongoing development and career progression within a global organisation</li><li>A collaborative, purpose-driven environment where you can make a tangible impact</li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
