The team is part of the Office of the CEO function and collaborates with wider BU stakeholders on various projects in areas such as GTM, Services and Delivery optimization, customer support, business process optimization and other strategic initiatives. The role can be based anywhere Globally, in traditional HV locations, however flexibiility to work with predominantly US based Leaders is preferable, and the individual will report into the PMO Global Lead based in EMEA.What you bring:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, engineering, or related field  </li></ul><ul><li>5-8 years of progressive experience in project/program management roles, preferably with companies working in the Technology space.</li><li>Advanced ability in 365 Office and Project/Process Tools skills, AI tools skills are also preferable.</li><li>Skilled in the phases of project/program management including stakeholder and change management.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with an ability to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in a diverse, hybrid working model.</li><li>Detail-oriented experience with strong stakeholder communications and problem-solving skills, including process improvement.</li><li>Proven ability with task prioritization, time management skills and ability to work independently.</li><li>High level of fluency in English language skills, and another spoken language is ideal, Japanese is a plus.</li><li>Governance Experience-coordination skills and background to support a strong framework for the Executive Team.</li><li>Experience of working in a Sales/Services/ Support background, cross functional experience is also helpful.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and international stakeholders.</li></ul><div><h1>What you will be doing</h1></div><ul><li>Driving/coordination of Executive level projects, working independently to coordinate senior teams to success.</li><li>Owning and leading multiple projects, with a strong understanding of priorities, including driving the end-to-end process of a project.</li><li>Working in a team of professional project managers that are driving measurable outcomes, including KPI’s.</li><li>Experience/ability to work in a complex and high-performance culture.</li><li>Awareness/Experience of Agile/Waterfall project management</li><li>Awareness/Experience of process management tools</li><li>Foster a culture of innovation, standardization and best practice within the team.</li><li>Performing the role of trusted advisor/SME for Global Teams.</li></ul><h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
