You will be responsible for expanding Wingtra’s presence in key markets such as Mexico and Costa Rica, building strong relationships with end customers, and identifying new growth opportunities. This high-impact role requires persistence, adaptability, and proactive client engagement. Based in Mexico, you will be at the forefront of the fast-growing drone industry, gaining hands-on expertise across a wide range of geospatial applications.</div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own and manage the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets</li><li>Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and business growth in the region</li><li>Build, manage, and grow relationships with reseller and distribution partners, ensuring alignment with Wingtra’s go-to-market strategy</li><li>Support direct sales efforts in collaboration with our dealers, acting as a trusted advisor and solution-oriented partner</li><li>Identify and qualify new business opportunities (inbound and outbound) by understanding customer needs and pain points</li><li>Promote Wingtra’s brand and product value proposition across target markets, becoming a visible and credible market ambassador</li><li>Gather and share customer use cases and market feedback to contribute to Wingtra’s ongoing strategic development</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and activity tracking in our CRM system (HubSpot)</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience (6+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience</li><li>The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling to target customers and at the same time building lasting relationships with distribution partners</li><li>Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities</li><li>Experience providing solutions based on customer needs</li><li>Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools</li><li>Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English &amp; Spanish</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)</li></ul><h3>Plus</h3><ul><li>Expertise in surveying and mapping around the mining, engineering, and construction verticals. </li><li>Previous experience in working with image post-processing softwares like Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica,Topcon, Trimble, ESRI</li></ul><br><div>If you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured and progressive start-up environment, we would love to hear from you.</div>
