Responsibilities &amp; Duties Role Overview<ul><li>You will own the full analytics lifecycle: Requirement gathering, data acquisition, modelling, visualization, automation, governance, data accuracy and enablement.</li><li>You will translate HR business questions into metrics, models, and intuitive reports that inform decisions on headcount, attrition, recruiting, payroll, performance, and workforce planning.</li><li>You will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to prioritize a scalable roadmap of analytics products and automations.</li></ul> 1.      Data Engineering &amp; Modelling<ul><li>Build robust ETL pipelines using Power Query (M) and SQL to integrate HRIS, ATS (SmartRecruiters or similar Applicant Tracking System), payroll, and survey data.</li><li>Implement data quality checks, lineage, and refresh orchestration.</li></ul> 2.      Analytics &amp; Visualization<ul><li>Develop executive and operational dashboards in Power BI with DAX measures, drill-throughs, and row-level security.</li><li>Create standardized metric definitions (e.g., headcount, joiners/leavers, retention, DE&amp;I, time-to-fill, offer acceptance).</li><li>Optimize datasets and reports for performance, usability, and accessibility.</li></ul> 3.      Automation &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Build Power Automate flows to streamline HR processes (e.g., report distribution, alerts, approvals, data syncs).</li><li>Automate recurring reporting to reduce manual effort and cycle time.</li><li>Integrate with SharePoint for curated data access, content lifecycle, and self-service.</li></ul> 4.      Governance &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Enforce data privacy, security, and RLS consistent with HR data protection standards.</li><li>Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and user guides; establish versioning and release controls.</li><li>Support auditability with metric lineage, assumptions, and archival practices.</li></ul> 5.      Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Enablement.<ul><li>Gather requirements, prototype quickly, and iterate based on feedback.</li><li>Conduct training and office hours to build HR self-service capability.</li><li>Communicate insights clearly to HR leaders and cross-functional partners.</li><li>Core Tech Stack</li><li>Power BI (DAX, data modeling, RLS, deployment pipelines)</li><li>Power Query (M) for data shaping and ETL</li><li>Power App (Power Automate (scheduled flows, approvals, notifications, integrations)</li><li>SharePoint (content management, permissions, web parts for analytics access)</li><li>SQL (views, stored procedures, performance tuning)</li><li>undefined</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>3 to 5 years in HR analytics or people data roles with end-to-end BI delivery.</li><li>Advanced Power BI (DAX measures, relationships, aggregations, performance optimization).</li><li>Strong SQL for data preparation, joins, and transformation at scale.</li><li>Proficiency in Power Query (M) for complex shaping and incremental refresh patterns.</li><li>Experience building production-grade automations in Power Automate.</li><li>Hands-on with SharePoint for governed report distribution and collaboration.</li><li>HR domain expertise across headcount, attrition, recruiting funnel, pre-hire support, performance, Payroll &amp; Time.</li><li>Strong data storytelling, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.</li><li>Commitment to HR data privacy, security, and ethical use.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications·       HRIS data experience (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and ATS platforms.·       Exposure to Azure data services (e.g., Synapse, Data Factory, SQL Database, Dataverse) or APIs/Graph connectors.·       Scripting for analysis/automation (Python or R) and advanced statistical methods (trend, cohort, survival analysis).·       Experience with semantic modeling, enterprise deployment pipelines, and CI/CD for Power BI.·       Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence best practices. Attributes: <ul><li>Location: Bangalore/Manila </li></ul>
