We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><p>Your mission when joining the Business Solution team at Einride will be to drive electric freight sales for Einride by analyzing customers’ freight network data and transforming it into compelling, data-driven proposals.</p><h3>You will</h3><p>We’re seeking a Business Solution Director who excels at the intersection of a sales-driven mindset and strong analytical skills. This role will own and drive the solution work for one of the key regions for Einride. As a key player in the sales process, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — product, sales, operations, charging, and public affairs—to deliver seamless, impactful solutions and proposals.</p><ul><li>Data analysis: Analyze customer’s freight network data and turn raw data into insights for customers in autonomous and electric transportation roadmap</li><li>Shape proposals and presentations: Generate sales proposals for the customer based on the analysis outcomes</li><li>Storytelling: Conduct research and technical/business analysis, developing presentation and reports that tell a compelling story </li><li>Customer engagement: Lead and facilitate customer discussions with executive-level stakeholders in conjunction with the commercial representatives</li><li>Shape product development: Be the voice of the Solutions team to the Product org to improve internal and external software products</li><li>Mentor and people development: Manage and coach junior team members with opportunity for full staff responsibility over time </li><li>Cross-functional collaboration: Support on other sales, operations, product, or strategic projects</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><ul><li>Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience</li><li>Experience: 7+ years of experience in analytical, customer-facing roles, preferably in transportation, logistics, management consulting, high-growth startups, or big tech firms</li><li>Technical skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Data Studio, Python, or other data analytics tools</li><li>Sales mindset &amp; storytelling: Strong sales mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive client adoption </li><li>Industry knowledge (a plus): Experience in freight, logistics, EVs, and/or supply chain</li><li>Language: Full proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Swedish, German and/or Dutch is advantageous</li></ul><p>This is a full-time position based either in Sweden, (Stockholm or Gothenburg) or in Germany or the Netherlands.
